Samantha Gasbarro is a classically trained chef with a degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. She has spent the last 15 years working in a variety of culinary settings from restaurants to working as a personal chef to professional athletes to creating healthy eaters through the local school nutrition program.
