A night in Italy will show you classic cooking techniques to create authentic Italian dishes in your own home!  By the end of the class, you will learn how easy it is to make your own pasta and create an Italian inspired meal.  MENU: Chicken Saltimbocca with Fresh Pasta, Arugula and Fennel Salad & Ricotta Cannolis

Please join us for this popular introductory class. You will learn about basic Chinese cooking tools, ingredients, and techniques which you can adapt for everyday cooking.
