A relaxing mix of easy movement to align mind and body. Using a combination of chair and mat yoga, mixed with elements of Tai Chi make this class a good one for those starting an exercise routine or for improving balance, flexibility, and respiratory function as well as wanting to support mindfulness and ease of motion. A limited number of mats will be available or you may bring your own.
