This 60 minute class will challenge all your major muscle groups by using weight room-like exercises like squats, lunges, curls, presses and more! This class is appropriate for all levels and a perfect fit for those that hate cardio, those that want to lose weight, burn fat, tone up, gain confidence in going to the gym on their own, and most importantly- gain strength! Weight lifting has been proven to help build the not just the strength of your muscles, but of your bones and connective tissues too to ensure your health for years to come! No class 11/24.
